Welcome to Eggs Direct

Our story began in 1987 on my grandfather's farm in Keysborough. From collecting eggs by hand to
sorting, packing, and delivering them, I learned early on that the secret to the best-tasting egg is
happy chooks and speed — getting it from the farm to you as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy it
at its freshest.
Today, we work with our family, who have been farming in Melbourne for over 60 years. Their farms
are fully accredited, including certification from the Egg Standards Australia (ESA).
We take delivery of farm-graded egg farms three times a week and turn them over within 2-4 days. All
eggs are refrigerated to ESA requirements, both at our depot in Bentleigh and in our delivery
vehicles.
We deliver five days a week to the hospitality industry — cafes, sporting clubs, and food service — as
well as to homes.
And on Saturdays, you are welcome to visit us for pick-up. You can find us in the rear car park at 377
Centre Road, Bentleigh, from 9am to 1pm.

Our Ethics and Sustainability

We only source genuine free-range eggs from free-range only farms, and we deliver them in their
original farm boxes — so you know you are getting the real deal.
We also stock Premium Pasture Raised Eggs, centred around animal welfare, sustainable farming
practices, and strong personal ethical beliefs.
All eggs come from farms in Melbourne Victoria.
